An evidence reel is a patch of ground photographed over time, so you can see what an act of kindness does to it. Three kinds of kindness, three kinds of experiment: leave a place alone, enhance it, or simply observe and record what is already there. This is the most honest proof we have that small human care changes what lives around us.
This year we are opening reels on new sites and new patches of wildness across the network: places we have not measured before, recorded from their very first frame so the baseline is honest. Some we will enhance, some we will simply leave alone, and all of them we will count.
