Does the work happen in a context where the outcome matters beyond a demonstration?
2 · Real users
Are the people affected more than subjects, audience or end-point recipients?
3 · Co-creation
Can their knowledge or choices change what is designed or done?
4 · Evidence
Can we show what happened rather than merely report that activity took place?
5 · Iteration
Will the project change after learning — and can that change be documented?
